I would like to Volunteer at WrabFest.
Places are filling up quickly as it is a very popular event to Volunteer at, please go to the Volunteer page to apply.
I would like to have a market stall at WrabFest.
We have limited number of pitches for stall holders. Sorry but all food related pitches have been booked. Click here for more info
Is there parking and how much is the fee?
There is no charge and space is limited, so we would encourage as many of you as possible to come by train to reduce emissions and traffic congestion through our village. Please follow signs towards the parking field, once parked look out for the flags and signs directing you towards the footbridge.
Can I bring my own alcohol to WrabFest?
No, sorry but one of the many conditions of our licence being granted is we cannot allow any alcohol to be brought on site. We don’t want to risk our licence. Licenced SIA security staff will be carrying out bag searches. Any alcohol found will either be confiscated or right of entry refused.
We have a great Bar and an amazing beach Cocktail Bar plus the new Pimms/Prosecco Bar on site with loads of Volunteer staff eager to serve you.
Anyone who, in the opinion of the security staff, is intoxicated will be refused entry and/or ejected without reimbursement.
Please remember that WrabFest is a not-for-profit community event aimed at families, with roughly half of any surplus being distributed to local schools, charities and other good causes. The remaining half is set aside to help fund next year’s WrabFest which costs about £25,000 to £30,000 to put on each time.
Where can I smoke?
There are many flammable features on site, such as straw bales and marquees etc. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas on the site apart from the designated smoking area found near the cocktail bar. Fires, BBQ’s etc. are also not permitted.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes – but have a look at our range of delicious street food– you may not want to bother! Please note: Cool bags/boxes etc. will be searched upon arrival to ensure no alcohol or glass is brought onto site.
Can I leave and re-enter during the event?
Yes- but you must be wearing your wristband ready to be inspected on the way out and again on your way back in by our security staff.
Can I charge my phone/tablet?
Yes, just visit the Help Desk for a free charge up. Please bring your own charger though.
Can I bring my dog to WrabFest?
Yes, but please clear up after them and ensure they are on leads at all times. There are taps on site to fill up their water bowls. Please be aware that there will be fireworks at the end of the event around 11pm and loud music throughout the day at the top end of the site. Also there is not a great deal of shade if it is sunny, which of course it will be!
